It’s happening again in 2010 and this
time it’s in twice as many venues with twice as many bands. It’s all
free except for the Saturday night in the Pavilion. It starts on the
evening of Friday 19th February, stretching across 10 venues in
Broadstairs, and on through Saturday, peaking at the Pavilion and
leaving time for jamming and contemplation in the massive Blues Jam
Sunday afternoon. Then more music through Sunday and a final mopping up
session Monday evening if there’s anyone left standing. Come on down to
Broadstairs and get yourself some blues… |

This year, for the first
time, Upton Blues Festival has TWO main stages –the Waterside Stage
facing the Kings Head and the Playing Field
Stage, located next to the Sports Club.
Over the three days of the
Festival we have booked some cracking bands and will be alternating
between the two stages from 7.30pm till 11pm on the Friday night and
noon till 11pm on the Saturday and Sunday. In addition we have
nine pubs signed up who will also be putting bands on throughout the
festival ensuring that there is something for everyone.
