Boogie Bill Roberts

Boogie Bill Roberts

Piano player and freelance musician, whose roots are embedded in blues music but with branches now extending deep into other genres. Largely remembered locally for involvement with The Hustle ('88 - 2000) and Betty's Blues. Currently playing full time with bands 'Otis Grand and the Big Blues Band' and local 4-piece 'Electric Mud', amongst other projects. As a solo artist, Bill plays jazz and blues bar room classics, from the slow and sleazy to boisterous boogie.
