Saturday saw a mix of music, Soul from Eugene
"Hideaway" Bridges, Blues/Rock from Ten Years After,
Chicago Blues from The Stumble, Blues/folk/country from Rory Ellis, Deep
South Blues from Nico Bacton And The Wizards Of Blues and from the best
Band of the day - Hokie Joint, a refreshing journey
encompassing the style, vision and musical ability of, for those of us
able to remember, Captain Beefheart, Screaming Lord Such, a little of
Dr. Feelgood and much about Alex Harvey. A mix of "Sight and Sound" from
the past portrayed in today's mindset! |
