Robbie Hill Band & Deke McGee Band
Robbie Hill returns
to Scotland with his Finnish band which mix covers that pull new meat
from old bones with original work that sounds as old as mud. They play
the blues to create a sound that is both unique and infectiously
familiar. With support from The Deke McGre band who create the authentic
sound of the Saxophone led Small Big Bands to perform their own brand of
Vintage Rhythm n' Blues.

Stevie Nimmo Trio & GT's Boos Band
Award winning blues
rock guitarist and singer-songwriter, Stevie Nimmo, released his second
solo album “Sky Won’t Fall” via Manhaton Records on Friday 4th March.
Since the late-’90s, Stevie has been helming legendary blues-rock outfit
The Nimmo Brothers alongside younger sibling Alan. GT's Boos Band have
firmly establish themselves as one of Scotland’s leading bands playing
blues based material with a new album on sale.

Sandy Tweeddale Band
Widely considered one of the best blues guitarists in the world, Kirk
Fletcher has respect and acclaim of critics, peers and fans across
globe. He is a four-time Blues Music Award nominee and has played with a
variety of popular artists, including a four-year role as lead guitarist
of Fabulous Thunderbirds. He is also frontman of his own band, having
released three studio albums and a live album. Support comes from Blues
N Trouble guitar player Sandy Tweeddale and his band.

Red Butler & Georgia Gordon
The blues/rock outfit Red Butler emerged in April 2012). Drawing upon
influences from SRV, Etta James, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore, Free, King
King, Santana and Derek Trucks the band have developed their own style
of writing and will showcase their new album Nothing To Lose.
20 year old Georgia Gordon supports and with a full band behind her,
belts out a unique bluesy/early RnB sound.

Widely regarded as the most compelling and admired Blues artiste to have
come out of Britain since the icons of the sixties, Siegal has been a
constant on the UK and European blues scene gathering 11 British &
European awards, three nominations in the USA Blues Music Awards, and is
the only non-American to have twice scored a MOJO Blues Album of the

Great British Rhythm and Blues Festival in Colne and will release a
12-track album within the next few months.

Toronzo Cannon & Redfish
Chicago-born-and-raised blues guitarist /vocalist/ songwriter Toronzo
been acknowledged as one of the city’s most popular and innovative blues
musicians. In a major coup for the club Cannon, who is signed to the
largest blues label Alligator Records, will perform his UK debut here.
Support will come from the Soul-deep rhythm and blues of Borders band Redfish.

spent the majority of the year on the road with the Ruf Records Blues
Caravan in Europe and the USA, Ina
been recognised as a breakthrough blues artist. The Finnish blues and
soul singer will bring her band from Helsinki which features Scottish
guitar player Robbie Hill. Boogie woogie, blues and soul jazz pianist Daniel
his band will open the show.

Nine Below Zero & The Troublemakers
Nine Below Zero are
one of Britain's most respected R&B bands, famous for their no-frills,
punchy and direct approach. Fronted by Dennis Greaves, with his rasping
vocals and stinging guitar work and fellow-founder Mark Feltham on
harmonica, the band will appear as an eight piece in support of new
album Shades Of Blue. The bill also includes The
Blues ‘n’ Trouble’s Tim Elliott and Sandy Tweeddale with a free
spirited, spontaneous style of pre-war rural blues.

Giles Robson Band & The Gerry Jablonski Band
blues harmonica player Giles
his band have signed to Dutch Major Label V2 Records and headlined the
Saturday night on the first ever BBC Introducing stage at the massive
mainstream festival ‘Latitude’. In an exciting night of harmonica led
blues, they will appear in a double header with club favourites the Gerry
Jablonski Band who
will be promoting their new live album.
Tickets for these shows are available to non members from regular
outlets. However the most cost effective way to attend Edinburgh Blues
